Work With Us

Opportunities at Raise The Roof Productions are creative, exciting and challenging.

We aim to provide an environment that's supportive and fun to work in. As if that's not enough, there's even fresh fruit delivered on a weekly basis!

We actively encourage staff and freelancers to continually learn new skills so that they can confidently progress to their next role.

As a company, we fully endorse the mentoring opportunities available through The Guardian Edinburgh International TV Festival (GEITF) Back to Work Scheme - a scheme set up to help get parents and carers back into the TV industry following a career break. We support those who are looking for flexible hours on a return back to the workplace.

We also run formatted factual TV masterclasses in Scottish Universities and offer paid work experience placements to successful applicants of the Channel 4 Production Training Scheme.

Whether you’re at the start of your TV career, looking to step up to the next level, have a wealth of experience or are wishing to return to the workplace following a career break - we’re always on the lookout to bring the right people on board. If you like the sound of joining us, please upload your CV and availability or browse our current vacancies below.

Raise The Roof Productions is signed up to the CDN Diversity Pledge. We’re also a member of the Indie Training Fund.
