Sustainability and low impact living are central to everything Kate does on her farm and at home, but it’s anything but a chore. 

Kate is a firm believer that, when it comes to being green, goodness is its’ own reward and doing to do our bit to protect the planet, maintain biodiversity, and cut down on our waste and our food miles can all be ways to bring joy to our lives while we're doing good.
